The staff was friendly. It was acceptable.
I was quite disappointed with the room. There were stains on the carpet. Also the bathroom had some mold. It was disgusting, and the shower pressure was ridiculously low. I don't think I'll be staying here again.

Great Location, Clean Room

superb locationsound sleepdark roomwarm radiator
I found the location superb, especially since the restaurants are close. The best pub, 'The Salutation', is right across the street. I slept soundly, always appreciated after a long day. The room was dark once the curtains were shut, ensuring restful sleep.
The radiator in my room was on maximum, and I couldn't turn it off. It was far too warm. The window only opened slightly.
Location
9/10
The hotel is in a pleasant part of town, advantageous for accessing nearby restaurants. Its proximity to 'The Salutation' pub offers convenient access to local culture and entertainment. The hotel is situated opposite a tranquil park too.
Rooms
8/10
The room was large and airy, including all facilities needed for an overnight stay. The room was spotlessly clean with furniture. Once the curtains were shut, the room became dark, providing an environment conducive to sleep.
Dining
9/10
I found the breakfast tasty. The staff were very helpful. I recommend the hotel due to good breakfast service and value. It was lovely, and nothing was too much trouble during breakfast.
Service
10/10
Staff were nice and helpful. I was able to discuss my disappointment with staff. They listened and responded with kindness. Staff were professional, so things were resolved. Excellent service.
